Masterbatch
Color Masterbatch
Properties
Custom color-matched pigment dispersions carried in a polymer-compatible base resin, engineered for uniform dispersion, batch-to-batch color consistency, and stability through injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding processing temperatures. Formulated to resist pigment bleed and migration, with UV and heat-stable pigment systems available for outdoor-rated parts.
Availability
Custom color matching against physical samples, Pantone, or RAL references; standard let-down ratios of 1-4% depending on pigment loading and shade intensity; compatible with PA6, PA66, PP, ABS, PC, PBT and PC/ABS carriers.
Applications
Automotive interior and exterior trim, appliance housings, consumer goods, packaging closures, furniture components, and any molded or extruded part requiring precise, repeatable brand colors.
